About the Hackathon

NASSCOM’s annual hackathon brings India’s best tech talent to solve real-world problems using Artificial Intelligence. Now in its 5th edition, the event has seen over 50,000 participants and generated 200+ startups.

Theme: AI for India

Build solutions across five challenge tracks:

1. Agritech: AI for smallholder farmer productivity
2. Healthcare: AI-powered diagnostics for tier-2/3 cities
3. Education: Personalized learning for vernacular languages
4. FinTech: Financial inclusion for the unbanked
5. Climate: AI for sustainable agriculture and energy

Prize Pool: ₹25 Lakh

• 1st Place: ₹10,00,000 + NASSCOM incubation
• 2nd Place: ₹5,00,000
• 3rd Place: ₹3,00,000
• Track Winners: ₹1,00,000 each (5 tracks)
• Special Mentions: ₹50,000 each

Team & Eligibility

• Teams of 2-5 members
• Open to students and working professionals
• Indian citizens or residents preferred

Format

• Online registration + submissions (Jan-Feb 2025)
• Virtual rounds (Feb 28 - Mar 7)
• Grand Finale in Bangalore (March 15-16, 2025)
