Eligibility

Age: 21-30 years (as on December 1, 2024). Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years

Education: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year students appearing in the last semester are also eligible.

Selection Process

1. Preliminary Exam (Phase-I): Online objective test

   • English Language: 30 questions, 30 marks, 20 minutes
   • Quantitative Aptitude: 35 questions, 35 marks, 20 minutes
   • Reasoning Ability: 35 questions, 35 marks, 20 minutes

2. Main Exam (Phase-II): Objective + Descriptive

   • Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis, General Economy & Banking, English

3. Group Exercise & Interview (Phase-III)

Pay Structure

• Basic Pay: ₹41,960 (on joining)
• DA, HRA, CCA, and other allowances
• Total emoluments: ~₹64,000-82,000/month (metro cities)

Career Progression

PO → Assistant Manager → Deputy Manager → Manager → Senior Manager and above. Promotion every 3-5 years with good performance.
