Eligibility Criteria
Post 1 — Assistant Manager (Law), JMGS-I (39 Posts)
Education: LLB Degree (3-year or 5-year integrated) from a recognized University / Bar Council enrolled
Experience: Minimum 2 years as an Advocate or Law Officer in a Bank / Financial Institution / Government Department
Post 2 — Deputy Manager (Law), MMGS-II (10 Posts)
Education: Same as above (LLB from recognized university)
Experience: Minimum 4 years as an Advocate or Law Officer in a Bank / Financial Institution / Government Department

Responsibilities
Assistant Manager (Law)
- Vetting and drafting legal documents — loan agreements, mortgages, security documents
- Handling DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) cases and recovery matters
- Providing legal opinions on credit proposals
- Liaison with external advocates for litigation
- SARFAESI enforcement and documentation
Deputy Manager (Law)
- All of the above + supervision of junior law officers
- Handling complex litigation (High Court, Supreme Court matters)
- Policy advisory on legal and regulatory matters
- Reviewing and drafting bank’s internal legal policies
