About the Scholarship

The Sitaram Jindal Foundation has been supporting meritorious and needy students since 1969. With over 70,000 scholars supported, it is one of India’s most impactful private scholarship programs.

Scholarship Categories

  • Graduate Students: ₹1,000-1,500/month
  • Post Graduate Students: ₹1,500-2,000/month
  • Professional Courses (MBBS, Engineering, Law): Up to ₹2,000/month

Eligibility Conditions

  • Indian citizen studying in India
  • Annual family income below ₹1.5 lakh
  • Minimum 60% marks in last qualifying examination
  • Not receiving any other scholarship

How to Apply

Download the application form from the Foundation’s website or collect from their office. Submit with all documents to the nearest Jindal Foundation office.

Selection

Based on academic performance, family income, and social background. Preference to students from SC/ST/OBC communities and girls.
